　　機(jī)組長(zhǎng)期存放時(shí)一定要放盡機(jī)體及冷卻系統(tǒng)其它附件中的冷卻液。冷卻液排放前，確保機(jī)組關(guān)閉及機(jī)體完全冷卻。一般要求放盡水箱、機(jī)體、水泵（如有放水口）、機(jī)油冷卻器（如有放水口）、水加熱器（如有放水口）、濾清器中的水。更換冷卻液時(shí)，冷卻系統(tǒng)應(yīng)先用清水沖洗,清洗時(shí)一定要等沖出的水很干凈時(shí)才行。 確保合金尾氣停機(jī)和完全冷卻后，才能加入冷卻液。當(dāng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)溫度依然很高時(shí)，不要打開加水口蓋。否則蒸氣或高溫冷卻液可能會(huì)噴出。

　　2、 向系統(tǒng)加入冷卻液時(shí)不要太快，以避免系統(tǒng)內(nèi)形成氣泡斷層

　　3、 空氣須通過(guò)通風(fēng)口或通過(guò)填孔排出。如冷卻系統(tǒng)連接有加熱器，加熱器控制閥須打開，注入時(shí)應(yīng)保持單元內(nèi)通風(fēng)

　　3. Air must be discharged through ventilation openings or through filling holes. If the cooling system is connected to a heater, the heater control valve must be opened, and ventilation should be maintained inside the unit during injection

　　4、注入冷卻液時(shí)，液面應(yīng)達(dá)到位于填口塞焊接面下5厘米處

　　5、冷卻液加好后，應(yīng)注意啟動(dòng)并預(yù)熱機(jī)組。同時(shí)檢查冷卻液面，如需要，請(qǐng)補(bǔ)滿。
